I Am Bullish Silver Prices

Silver Futures---Silver futures in the March contract settled last Friday in New York at 17.03 an ounce while currently trading at 17.35 up about $0.30 for the trading week and traded as high as 17.70 in yesterday's trade before selling off blamed on profit-taking as that was a 4 month high.

Looking To Sell More 10 Year Notes

10 Year Note Futures---The 10 year note in the March contract settled last Friday in Chicago at 122/09 while currently trading at 122/09 unchanged for the week after hitting a fresh contract low in yesterday's trade at 121/31 only to rally as we are stuck in the mud at this critical level.

Rollover In Natural Gas Futures

Natural Gas Futures---It is rollover day in the natural gas as I have been recommending a bullish position in the February contract from the 2.78 level as now you have to liquidate that position due to the fact that we are close to delivery at the 3.49 level then rolling over into the March contract at the 3.13 level.

What Does Risk Management Mean To You? I generally tell people that the reason people lose money in commodities is not due to the fact that they are bad at predicting where prices are headed, however they are bad when it comes to losing trades and refusing to take a loss which results for heavy monetary losses that are difficult to come back from.

Keep An Eye On Cattle Prices

Live Cattle Futures---Live cattle futures in the April contract experienced a wild trading session this Thursday afternoon in Chicago finishing down 255 points at 122.60 after hitting a 7 week high earlier in the trading session as the U.S dollar reversed sharp losses on President Trump's comment that he wants a strong dollar reversing many of the commodity gains that we witnessed earlier in the morning.

Have Sugar Prices Bottomed ?

Sugar Futures---Sugar futures in the March contract are currently trading higher by 8 points at 13.24 a pound in a relatively quiet trading session in New York this Thursday afternoon as I'm currently sitting on the sideline's in this market as I do think prices historically are cheap.

My Consolidation Theory---Look At Corn

There are different theories about how long does a meaningful consolidation has to last before you enter a trade ?

In my opinion I always want to see a consolidation that lasts at least 8 or more weeks before I would consider entering.

Corn Futures---Corn futures in the March contract is currently unchanged at 3.56 a bushel as I have been recommending a bullish position from yesterday at this level & if you took the trade place the stop loss at the 10 day low standing at 3.45 as the risk is $0.11 or $550 per contract plus slippage & commission as the chart structure is outstanding at the present time.

Here Are My Cocoa Thoughts

Cocoa Futures---Cocoa futures in the March contract finished up 26 points closing at 1955 reacting positively off of the U.S dollar hitting another 3 year low slipping by 90 points in today's trading session as I think that will support cocoa prices in the weeks ahead.

Oats Higher 3rd Day In A Row

Oat Futures---Oat futures in the March contract are sharply higher for the 3rd consecutive session up another 5 cents at 2.75 a bushel as I have been recommending a bullish position from around the 2.60 level as we are now trading at a 10 week high continuing its bullish momentum as I still see higher prices ahead.
