Coffee Plummets 500 Points

 Coffee Futures--- Coffee futures this morning tumbled retesting contract lows in the July contract closing around 180.50 a pound down over 500 points and still stuck within a three-week trading range.

Sugar Prices Range Bound

Sugar Futures--- Sugar futures traded in a tight range today finishing lower by 12 points to close at 24.37 a pound in a lack lustre trade in New York. Sugar futures for the May contract have been in an extremely tight range for the last eight trading sessions looking for new fundamental news to break out.

Orange Juice Plunges Near 2 Year Lows

 Orange Juice Futures--- Orange juice futures were crushed today closing down nearly 700 points heading towards a new two year low at 152.00 in heavy volume in New York today.

Cotton Higher By 160 Points Today

 Cotton Futures-- Cotton futures today are rebounding from three month lows which were created last Thursday before the unemployment report, however most commodities are lower today but cotton has rallied 150 points currently trading at 8908 a bale.

Milk Prices Down 4th Consecutive Day

Milk Futures--- Milk futures sold off from 6 week highs for the 4th consecutive trading session selling off  2 points to settle at 15.29 in heavy trade in Chicago in sympathy the rest of the commodity markets today. Milk futures for the May delivery of rallied 160 points from their March 5th low of 14.20 which is looking more like a spike bottom on the daily chart.

Bond Yields Plunge On Unemployment report

 Bond Futures--- The bond market today is exploding  to the upside for the 2nd session in a row due to the fact of a weak unemployment report showing that the U.S economy could possibly be slowing down with the 10 year note dropping to 2.03% while the five-year note is all the way down to 0.90% right near all-time lows.

 Precious Metal Futures--- The precious metals today are mixed with gold futures higher by $16 dollars trading at $1, 646 an ounce due to the fact that the unemployment report was very disappointing on Friday and there is a flight to quality going into gold today while silver futures have reversed earlier gains and are now down 6 cents for the May contract trading at $31.65 an ounce.

Have Cotton Prices Bottomed?

 Cotton Futures--- Cotton futures this week finished down over 300 points closing right on the lows of Thursday's trading session at 87.54 creating a new four-month low in the December contract. The December cotton is considered the new crop which will be harvested this fall as traders continued to think we’re going to have a record harvest which could be true but at this point we are still in early April.
