Lumber Prices Up Slightly Today

Lumber Futures-- Lumber futures this afternoon in Chicago traded in a very quiet range ending higher by 200 points to close at 281 per board foot in a directionless trade this afternoon on light volume.

Sugar Prices Higher For A Change

 Sugar Futures-- Sugar futures in the July contract had an extremely quiet trading day finishing higher only by 7 points to close at 20.45 a pound still hovering right near contract lows and I do believe in my opinion that prices are heading lower from these levels due to the fact soft demand with large surplus of sugar coming into the market at this time causing prices the possibly heading  back down to the July 2010 lows of around 15.50

Grain Futures-- Soybean futures for the July contract shot up 27 cents a bushel closing right on the highs of the trading session at 14.57 due to the fact of a bullish USDA crop report which came out this morning lowering the ending stocks for the next marketing year down to 145 million bushels which is below the average analyst estimate of one 170 million bushels while suggesting that farmers this year are likely to produce 3.20 5 billion bushels up arou

 Orange Juice Futures—WOW! THERE MUST BE A GOD! Orange juice futures in the July delivery actually finished higher today by 340 points to close at 120.90 ending up higher for the first time in 8 trading days after a complete bloodbath in prices in the last two months causing traders and producers to wonder how low prices actually could go.

Coffee Prices Higher By 350 Points Today

Cotton Limit Down 400 Points ! How Much Lower Can They Go?

 Cotton Futures-- Cotton futures plunged this afternoon in New York finishing limit down nearly 400 points to close at new contract lows once again settling right around 79.40 a bale with the next yearly low at around 77.50 and then after that you're looking at prices going back to possibly 2009 levels.

Precious Metal Futures--- Precious metals today in New York traded mixed with gold futures for the June contract finishing up by 2 dollars an ounce to close at 1, 596 while silver futures for the July contract finished down only 5 cents to close at 29.19 an ounce in a pretty quiet trade on low volume.

Milk Prices Higher Today !

 Milk Futures—Milk futures traded positive today finishing higher by 13 points to close at 14.38 in the June contract still hovering right near contract lows that were struck last Monday at around 14.00 with major resistance at 15.00 which also happened just seven trading days ago.

Platinum Futures--- Platinum futures today in the July contract broke the psychological $1500 level to close at 1, 499 an ounce finishing lower by another $10 dollars creating a new four-month low with the next major support all the way down at 1, 400 which is still nearly $100 dollars away from current levels.

Cattle & Hog Prices Higher Today Before Crop Report Tomorrow

Meat Futures--- Live cattle futures today rallied once again finishing higher by 75 points in the June contract to close at 116.52 a pound and is now over 400 points away from contract lows while August feeder cattle prices continue to climb higher even though today was very quiet it still managed to squeeze out a 20 point gain to settle at 159.05 a pound in a real tight trading range today in Chicago.
