Mexican Peso Futures---The Mexican Peso futures in the December contract settled last Friday at 5185 while currently trading at 5211 up about 26 points for the trading week still experiencing extremely nonvolatile trading action as I have been recommending 2 positions over a couple months with an average price around 5330 & if you took the trade continue to place the stop loss at the 10 day high standing at 5238 which is just an eyelash away.

Mexican Peso Futures---The Mexican Peso in the December contract is higher by 30 points currently trading at 5177 as I have been recommending a bearish position originally from the 5421 level then recommending adding another position around 5240 & if you took those trades the stop loss has now been lowered to 5276 as the chart structure will improve on a daily basis therefore the monetary risk will be lowered.

Gold Futures--- Gold futures in the December contract are unchanged to start out the week at 1,272 an ounce in a very quiet trade as prices still look to retest the October 6th low of 1,262 & if that is broken I think we will head down to the 1,250 area in the coming days ahead as the U.S dollar is down around 30 points in today's trade, but still right near a 3 month high putting pressure on all of the metals recently.

Gold Futures---Gold futures in the December contract settled last Friday in New York at 1,304 an ounce while currently trading at 1,285 down about $20 for the week continuing its flip-flop trend as I am advising clients to avoid this commodity at the present time as it remains extremely choppy and I think that will continue for the rest of 2017.

How Can You Use Moving Averages To Your Advantage? A simple moving average is calculated by adding the closing price of a commodity such as crude oil for a number of time periods and then dividing this total by the number of time periods.

Short-term averages respond quickly to changes in the price of the underlying commodity, while long-term averages are slower to react.
