in Blog, commodity consulting, commodity trading, corn, futures, Mike Seery, oats, option trading, seeryfutures, soybean meal, soybean oil, soybeans, wheat

Oat Futures--- Oat futures in the March contract finished up 2 cents at 2.51 a bushel right near a 3 week high as I have not traded this commodity for quite some time, but it looks to me that a possible triple bottom may have been formed around the 2.40 level as I will be looking at a bullish position if prices break the 5 week high of 2.57 as the chart structure will start to improve on a daily basis therefore lowering the monetary risk.

Soybean Futures--- Soybean futures in the March contract are currently trading lower by 3 cents at 9.66 a bushel rallying from session lows right below the 9.60 level as it looks to me that prices are in a bottoming pattern as we have been stuck in a 2 week consolidation after the fall off in prices in the month of December.
