Cotton Prices Stuck In 4 Week Consolidation

Cotton Futures--- Cotton prices in the December contract are higher by 65 points currently trading at 68.18 trading in a very tight consolidation which has now lasted about 4 weeks as prices are still trading under their 20 and 100 day moving average as the short-term trend is lower, however in my opinion this market is mixed as I'm sitting on the sidelines waiting for a breakout to occur.
