Energy Futures—Crude oil futures for April climbed higher by 88 cents to close around $107.46 a barrel in active trade in New York today while heating oil futures finished practically unchanged for the day finishing at 3.27 a gallon. Unleaded gasoline which is been the leader in this sector for several months now also lead the way today finishing higher by 250 points to finish at 3.339 a gallon right at contract highs once again and looking like it will break through it sometime next week. Brent crude oil also finished higher by $.53 to finish right near 126.05 a barrel continuing its bullish run and closing right near contract highs again. Natural gas futures rallied 5 points to close around 2.32 in light trade and still stuck in a giant bear market. Traders are keeping an eye on the Iranian situation and on any given day an attack might happen and you will see prices spike especially in the short term ,however this is a very difficult thing to predict and it might not even happen at all. I have a feeling that this will happen because Iran has been working on this for about six years now and are getting very close to attaining the nuclear bomb which obviously the United States, the Western world, and Israel will not allow.
