Cotton Prices Near A 4 Week Low

Cotton Futures--- Cotton futures in the May contract settled last Friday in New York at 81.22 while currently trading at 79.60 down about 160 points for the trading week right near a 4 week low as I had been recommending a bullish position in the March contract getting stopped out last week around the 80 level as I am now currently sitting on the sidelines waiting for another trend to develop.

Wheat Prices Remain Bullish

Wheat Futures--- Wheat futures in the March contract are trading lower for the 2nd consecutive session down 2 cents at 4.49 a bushel as I have been recommending a bullish position from the 4.40 level as I still remain positive on this market as I think the last couple of days are just a retracement due to weather forecasts.

10 Year Notes Down 5th Day In A Row

10 Year Notes--- The 10 year note in the March contract is trading lower for the 5th consecutive session continuing its bearish trend as I am bearish the entire bond market as the yield on the 10 year note now stands at 2.75% as I still think we head up to 3.50% come year-end as there is a lot of downside left in my opinion.

I Remain Bullish Cocoa Prices

Cocoa Futures---Cocoa futures in the March contract is currently trading lower by 7 points at 1988 still stuck in the mud over the last several weeks as I have been recommending a bullish position from the 1990 level if you took the trade the stop loss remains at 1908 as the chart structure is excellent at the present time due to low volatility.

I Think Oats Are Headed Higher

Oat Futures--- Oat futures in the March contract finished higher for the 3rd session in a row closing around 2.71 as I still remain bullish this market as I have been recommending a bullish position from the 2.60 level and if you took the trade the stop loss has now been raised to 2.54 as the chart structure remains excellent therefore the monetary risk is relatively low.

What Is The RSI Oscillator ?

TRADING THEORY ----What Is The RSI Oscillator ? ---The RSI oscillator ranges from 0 to 100 and when a commodity is deemed to be at overbought levels when the RSI approaches the 70 level and beyond meaning if the oscillator has an overbought condition of 92 that is higher and even more of an overbought condition then the 70 level and could mean that its getting overvalued and is a good candidate for a short term pullback.

Natural Gas Remains Strong

Wheat Higher 5th Day In A Row

Wheat Futures--- Wheat futures in the March contract are trading higher for the 5th consecutive session up another 4 cents as the state of Kansas winter wheat crop good/excellent rating is only at 14% versus 44% last year as there are concerns about a drought developing in certain parts of the Great Plains in the United States pushing prices to a 12 week high.
